I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the fantastic meal Blue Mesa catered for my parent’s 50th Anniversary on Oct. 16 at the Hampton in Frisco. It was absolutely delicious and the set-up was beautiful. The set-up /take-down crew was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We appreciate everything Blue Mesa did to make it a special meal for a very special celebration.

It has been my extreme pleasure to have worked the past 3 weeks or so with Antonio in your Southlake location. I was very last minute planning my high school class' 20th reunion dinner. To complicate things I am currently located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Antonio went above and beyond all my expectations with getting menus to me, returning calls, offering to set up a tasting for someone local. He worked with me on all the details and truly made it hassle free for me. So hassle free I was completely comfortable knowing everything would be handled even though at the last minute I was not able to make it in at all.
As someone who used to run a catering company I hope you will believe me when I say.. "Antonio is fabulous, I couldn't have asked or dreamed of better service and communication." I will recommend him and Blue Mesa to other classes as well as look to you all again when I plan our next reunion in 5 years.

Today was OUTSTANDING to say the least. Carter was amazing and I am so grateful. We will definitely be calling on Blue Mesa again. Blue Mesa is hands down the best caterer I have worked with.

I just wanted to drop a quick line to thank you and everyone else at Blue Mesa for the outstanding food and service. It was a huge hit and I still can’t get over the quality for the price. Our food was delivered in a timely manner, set up quickly and efficiently, was incredibly tasty, offered lots of options and generous portion sizes. I appreciated that when your driver ran in to traffic, he called not once but twice to check in… and still arrived in plenty of time to set up.
We’ve had lunches catered throughout this week, as we’re working on some intense training. Monday was near-disastrous with an unnamed restaurant showing up nearly an hour before our event, with employees unfamiliar with setting up and with roughly half of the food needed to feed 55 people. It made it especially appreciated to end on such a high note, with service from a company that clearly values its customers.
I’m already looking forward to ordering from Blue Mesa again, and will be spreading the word that you offer top-notch catering services at unbelievably reasonable prices.
